Unprofessional and a disgrace to the retail sector. I paid €1300 for a cooker, which turned out to be defective in multiple ways (door, control knobs, drawer) and generally of extremely poor quality. Reporting the issues as soon as the item was unboxed (delivered Thursday evening, fitter came monday morning) and remains totally unused. Lommelen customer service just says "contact the manufacturer", despite the item never having been used and me sending immediate notification. They avoid any personal contact by only having email contact, with no showroom. The attitude of this retailer is "now we have your money, you can go to hell". Clearly, they take no responsibility whatsoever for the quality of products they supply. I hope other potential customers read this review - which is truthful of my experience with your service. Whatever you do, avoid this retailer like the plague - or Covid!
